OTX+ GAMES
Short version: we don't collect your data. The longer version follows.
Nothing personally identifiable. OTX Games stores all your game progress, streaks, statistics, and preferences locally on your device using iOS's standard storage (localStorage and iCloud Key-Value Store, if iCloud is enabled on your device).
We do not collect, transmit, or store: your name, email address, contact information, device identifiers, location, photos, contacts, or any personally identifiable information.
We use the following third-party services strictly to deliver the app's functionality:
OTX Games is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. The app is rated 4+ for general audiences but is designed for puzzle enthusiasts of all ages.
OTX+ subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple shares with us only the information necessary to verify your subscription status (an anonymous purchase identifier via RevenueCat). We never see your payment information, Apple ID, name, or email.
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. See our Support page for details.
We do not use any analytics service. We do not use any advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not have a server that receives data from your device.
Because we don't collect data, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove all OTX Games data from your device, simply uninstall the app. Your data is gone.
If we ever change this policy in a substantive way, we will update the effective date above and notify users via an in-app notice on next launch.
